Thrust needle roller bearing or thrust cylindrical roller bearing is a type of roller bearing equipped with a cage between a set of raceway washers, which reliably guides and holds a large number of rolling elements. The rolling elements in the same component only have extremely small differences. Thrust needle roller bearings or thrust cylindrical bearings can only support axial loads in one direction, and can be used as a bearing configuration with good rigidity and minimal axial space occupation.

Thrust washer AS LS GS WS ZS TRA TRB TRC TRD series

The AS series thrust washers are stamped with high-quality spring steel, with a thickness of 1mm, and are hardened and polished. When adjacent components have good surface rigidity but are not suitable for use as raceways, the AS series washers fully utilize their function.

The GS, WS, and LS series thrust washers are made of bearing steel and have undergone quenching treatment. The outer surface of the seat ring GS and the inner surface of the shaft ring WS are made by grinding. LS is a particularly economical vehicle with both exterior and interior surfaces.

The ZS series of thrust washers can be provided by our company when components use bearing configurations that require bidirectional positioning. The ZS series of middle rings can be used for axial positioning or seat hole positioning.
